About Robert
J.Robert DiFulgo was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
After graduating from Ridley High School he served in the United States Navy for three years, which included two tours of duty in Da Nang, Vietnam.
He received an Associate in Arts degree from Delaware County Community College in 1971, his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach in 1972 and a degree in Applied Science with a major in Interior Design from Northern Virginia Community College in 1993.
In 1976 he was offered a teaching contract with Fairfax County Public Schools, Virginia, where he taught Government and Politics until 2006. He received his Master of Arts in Education from Virginia Polytechnic and State University in 1983 and Doctor of Arts in Community College Education from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia in 2005.
Robert's commitment to historical and geographical accuracy are the hallmarks of his writing and his novels are no exception.
His interests include gardening, interior design, architecture, music, travel and the arts and he now lives in McLean, Northern Virginia and spends part of his time in Europe.
